In Support Services, I assist clients in navigating community resources and connect them with programs such as transportation, caregiver support, long-term care options, and other essential services.
As a Social Worker, I’ve always been drawn to working with the aging population. I find it incredibly rewarding to build meaningful connections, help individuals navigate complex systems, and support their ability to age with dignity and independence. Mountain Aging Partners provides me with the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact in the lives of older adults and their caregivers, which aligns closely with both my professional goals and personal values.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that sometimes the greatest support we can offer is simply being present and making people feel seen, heard, and valued.
A fun fact about me: I’ve completed the Manitou Incline in Colorado, a steep hike with over 2,700 steps and 2,000 feet of elevation gain.
I love my dogs, Roman and Madusa.
