Angie Alley
Finance Manager

I serve as the Finance Director at Mountain Aging Partners. I support older adults by providing day-to-day financial oversight that helps our Leadership Team and Program Managers make informed decisions. By maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budgets, and ensuring responsible use of resources, I help keep our services running smoothly and sustainably for the older adults and caregivers who rely on us.

I bring over 30 years of experience in nonprofit administration and finance, and I was drawn to Mountain Aging Partners because it allows me to use my skills to give back to the community. Supporting older adults, families, and caregivers is meaningful work, and I’m proud to contribute to an organization that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that aging touches everyone — none of us are immune. We will all have aging parents, loved ones, or even need support ourselves one day. This work has shown me how important it is to build systems of care that treat people with dignity and compassion, because at some point, we’ll all need that kind of support.

As a WNC native, I’ve seen firsthand how important strong nonprofits are in supporting our communities. Working with Henderson County nonprofits over the years has shown me that when organizations are well-run and deeply connected to the people they serve, they can truly fill critical gaps and make a lasting difference.

We can help you navigate the journey.
